Who are the ERURS Executives, and what do they do exactly?
There are currently five offices on the ERURS Executive Board: President, Treasurer, Secretary, VP Marketing and VP Development. Officers volunteer for two (2) year terms which run from the day after the elections until the end of election day two years later.
President: David Hunter (for 2010 and 2011)
Treasurer: Lyle Guay (for 2010 and 2011)
Secretary: David Bailey (for 2010)
VP Marketing: Scotty Wright (for 2010)
VP Development: Kim Groome (for 2010)
The Executive also appoints several people for other positions, such as: Senior Allocations, High School Allocations, and Tournament Allocators. Also, the ex-President usually remains on the executive board without voting priviledges, but can provide advice and stability of responsibility fulfillment – “why re-invent the wheel” so to speak.
Who do I contact to request a referee or two for our high school rugby tournament in Edson on April 30th, and May 1st?
