Pitch details:
- Facilities with drinkable water? The Druids have a great clubhouse with full facilities.
- Showers? In the clubhouse.
- Parking? There is ample parking. If there is a mini festival or big game day, better get there early.
- After the game? The Druids have a nice social area inside and also a big outside deck, and will gladly offer the referee a beverage of his or her choice and the meal of the day.
- Other?
- There are four pitches: firm and usually well marked. If the flagposts are too short (not 1m), pull them out!
- NOTE: For the main pitch by the deck, occasionally the ball will go into the wooded creek area. This will sometimes add delay to the game play. If you are on pitch 1, ask the Druids at the beginning of the game for a second ball so that you may speed up the play. Watch for disallowed quick-line outs!
- All in-goal areas are deep and even, except for pitch 1. The SW corner is a bit cut-off, not usually a problem.

The Druids rugby pitch is in Sherwood Park, but along Hwy 14. It is a bit tricky to get to the first time, so allow some extra time. You are on the West entrance to Sherwood Park on Wye Rd (BTW: 82 Ave turns into Wye Rd). You will turn north just after the big McDonald’s. Continue north, and shortly you will hit a t-intersection, turn LEFT. Follow this road until you are driving parallel to Hwy 14. You will turn RIGHT after 50m at the Strathcona Druids sign. The clubhouse is not far down and will be on your left (and if you keep driving it will be a dead end).
