Some stats for you to consider – and we want to be completely transparent about everything.

Pay particular attention to increasing number of games and decreasing number of active referees. What concerns us most is the number of games for which we could not secure a certified Match Official in April. Very serious situation. Please consider refereeing while still playing – the ERU and the ERURS would need you for 6-10 games between April 15 and June 15 each year. Contact us.

Understand that while as of April alone, we have already had 119 high school tournament games, 40 senior 7s games, 44 high school season games, and only 15 available referees on the ground running to do it all – our members are committed. We simply need more active individuals so that we are all not doing 5 games a week. In fact, 5 is easy – some have done 17 with HS and tourneys together in the last two weeks. Step up, even if you would prefer to only referee high school on weeknights and minis on Saturday mornings. Our situation is your situation.
